Kalev/Cramo registered the third straight win over Tartu Ulikool to stay one win away from the title. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 22-11 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 17-6. 25 personal fouls committed by Tartu Ulikool helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Senegalese center Bamba Fall (216-86, college: SMU) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks. Latvian guard Armands Skele (192-83) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Kalev/Cramo's coach Aivar Kuusmaa used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international center Vallo Allingu (206-78) who recorded 16 points and 9 rebounds and international guard Sten-Timmu Sokk (181-89) added 12 points and 5 assists respectively. Five Kalev/Cramo and four Tartu Ulikool players scored in double figures.
