The game without a history. Valencia Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Valencia Basket outrebounded Lagun Aro GBC 37-24 including 26 on the defensive glass. French guard Nando De Colo (202-87) nailed 26 points and 4 assists for the winning side and American forward Niklas Caner-Medley (203-83, college: Maryland, agency: Beo Basket) accounted for 18 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). The former international swingman Sergi Vidal (198-81) came up with 14 points and American forward Andy Panko (204-77, college: Lebanon Valley, agency: Beo Basket) added 12 points respectively for Lagun Aro GBC in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
