BC Donetsk toppled Azovmash to take 3-0 lead in the title series. The guests trailed by 6 points after three quarters before their 18-9 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Azovmash helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was American guard Ramel Curry (192-80, college: CSU Bakersfield) who scored 18 points and 5 rebounds.
