No shocking result in a game when third ranked Changan Group (9-5) defeated at home 9th ranked Sichuan (4-10) 94-81 on Saturday. The game without a history. Changan Group led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Changan Group forced 20 Sichuan turnovers. Strangely Sichuan outrebounded Changan Group 43-30 including 18 on the offensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Changan Group made 7 blocks. American forward Joseph Taylor (203-85, college: Wyoming) scored 20 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and center JunQi Jiang (202-90) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds during the contest (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Five Changan Group players scored in double figures. Changan Group's coach MingZhu Pu used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Jarrid Famous (210-88, college: S.Florida) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds and center XiaoDong Chen (207-86) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds.
