Dominican Republic pip Virgin Islands 78:73 to remain undefeated. They opened the game with 22-15 and added 23-19 in the second frame. Virgin Islands looked better in the second half and won both periods. It was not enough however to beat the winners of the group. Martinez Yack top-scored for the winners with 23 points and 11 rebounds, while Coronado Juan scored 18. Hodge Walter produced 18 points in defeat and Aska Ivan added 14.
