Argentina fired past Tunisia for the second win in London. Trailing by 14 points by the end of the opening quarter Argentina woke up in the next quarters to seal the victory. Emanuel Ginobili scored 24 points to lead the Latin American team. Tunisia fell at 0-3 record after the loss. Tunisia shocked their opponents in the starting frame. The African champions exploded with 28 points to take a 14-point lead. Argentina tipped off the second frame on a 15:0 run to surge ahead. But Tunisia refused to give that early knotting things up at 40 after twenty minutes. Emanuel Ginobili, Campazzo and Carlos Delfino connected from beyond the arc in the third term to give Argentina a 49:40 lead early in the third stanza. The Latin American team ensured a 71:56 advantage with ten minutes remaining. Argentina quickly boosted the lead to 20 points in the final stanza and cruised to the victory at the end. Luis Scola posted 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists, while Carlos Delfino netted 21 points for the winners. Salah Mejri answered with 19 points and 14 boards for Tunisia. Mourad El Mabrouk had 16 points in the loss.
