Regular Season Round 3: Valosun Brno - Trutnov 86-91

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Valosun Brno (2-1) at the home court on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by Kara Trutnov (3-0) 91-86. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Valosun Brno. It was a key game for the top position in the league as both teams had the same 2-0 record before this meeting. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Valosun Brno won third quarter 20-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kara Trutnov have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with USK Praha and IMOS Brno. Valosun Brno at the other side keeps the fourth place with one game lost. They share the position with Hradec Kralove and VS Praha. Kara Trutnov is looking forward to face Sokol Hradec Kralove (#4) at home in the next round. Valosun Brno will play against VS Praha and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
