Regular Season Round 2: TTU - Rapla 87-66

One of the most interesting games of round 2 was a derby match between two teams from Estonia. The game took place in Tallinn where TTU outleveled visiting Rapla (0-1) 87-66. TTU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. TTU outrebounded Rapla 37-26 including 27 on the defensive glass. Rapla was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. American center Arnold Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark St.) had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Erik Keedus (198-90) chipped in 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Five TTU players scored in double figures. Power forward Raido Ringmets (206-83) responded with 12 points and 8 rebounds and guard Martin Paasoja (190-93) scored 9 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
