Regular Season Round 2: Litija - Terme Olimia 61-74

We should mention about the upset which took place in Litija, where bottom-ranked Litija (0-2) lost at home to fourteenth ranked Terme Olimia (1-1) 61-74. It looked good early as Litija took an 14-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Terme Olimia took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 13 points. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Litija to just 7 points in second quarter. Terme Olimia made 24-of-31 charity shots (77.4 percent) during the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Litija helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Beno Pungartnik (192-82) notched 26 points to lead the effort and power forward Igor Spesic (204-83) supported him with 15 points and 6 rebounds.
