There was a surprise result when tenth ranked Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary (3-5) smashed on the road higher ranked Valosun Brno (3-5) 77-52. It looked good early as Valosun Brno took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary had a 19-11 second period charge getting the lead and Valosun Brno was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 52-77. Lokomotiva Karlovy Vary dominated on the defensive end, holding Valosun Brno to just 4 points in third quarter.
