Very important is a road loss of second ranked Groningen (6-3) against eighth ranked Weert (3-6) on Saturday night. Visiting Groningen was defeated by Weert in a tough game in Weert 77-83. American forward Jamal Boykin (203-87, college: California) replied with 21 points and 6 rebounds and Surinamese forward Sergio de Randamie (201-84, college: Houston, agency: R.H.Consultancy) added 13 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Groningen.
