Regular Season Round 6: Vardar - Feni Indistrija 64-78

Leader Feni Indistrija delivered the fifth victory. This time they beat 7th ranked Vardar (1-5) 78-64 in Skopje. The game was mostly controlled by Feni Indistrija. Vardar was better in fourth quarter 20-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for the former international power forward Bojan Trajkovski (206-88, agency: Global Sports Plaza) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Serbian swingman Sasa Bratic (202-81, agency: BeoExcell) contributed with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Four Feni Indistrija players scored in double figures. Dragan Kerkez replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 17 rebounds and Vojce Levkoski (-91) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Vardar. Vardar's coach Branko Andrievski rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Feni Indistrija maintains first position with 5-1 record. Vardar lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with five games lost. Feni Indistrija will play against Kozuv (#4) in Gevgelija in the next round. Vardar's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Skopje to the arena Fersped-Rabotnicki.
