The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Al Sadd (7-1) in Doha on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Al Rayyan (7-1) 79-63. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Al Sadd. It was a key game for the top position in the league as both teams had the same 6-1 record before this meeting.
