Higher League top team - Musson (14-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Ternopil-TNEU (0-10) in Symferopil 103-53. The game without a history. Musson led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Ternopil-TNEU's 28. Musson forced 27 Ternopil-TNEU turnovers and outrebounded them 43-26 including a 20-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. 28 personal fouls committed by Ternopil-TNEU helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Russian center Dmitri Lipovtsev (207-86) who led his team to a victory with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Center Nikola Eromin (207-85) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Five Musson players scored in double figures. Center Evgen Odazhu (210-92) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and guard Anton Nifonton (190-89) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Ternopil-TNEU. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Musson have an impressive series of fourteen victories in a row. Newly promoted Musson maintains first place with 14-0 record. Ternopil-TNEU at the other side still closes the standings with ten games lost. They share the position with BK Kremen. Musson are looking forward to face league's second-placed Khartsyzsk in Donetsk in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ternopil-TNEU will play on the road against Koksokh-Stal (#8) in Alchevsk and hopes to get finally their first victory.
