Regular Season Round 9: Jolly - Gospic 40-63

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Jolly (8-1) in Sibenik on Tuesday night. Hosts were rolled over by third ranked Gospic (8-1) 63-40. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Jolly. The game without a history. Gospic led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Gospic have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Jolly. Gospic is looking forward to face Rockwool Pula (#8) at home in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Jolly will play against the league's leader Lupa Promotion (#1) in Novi Zagreb and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
