The game between closely ranked teams ended with twelfth ranked Lechugueros' (10-21) road victory over 13th ranked Guerreros (8-23) in Chilpancingo 104-97. The guests were already 19 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 29-17 Guerreros' run in the last quarter cut the lead to 104-97 at the end of the game.
