Very predictable result in Stockholm where third ranked Umea (10-3) smashed 9th ranked Fryshuset (5-7) 83-64 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 83-64. It was a great shooting night for Umea especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Per Bergmark (195-89) who helped to win the game recording 13 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Egal Saleman (199-88) who added 17 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Five Umea players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was naturalized Ugandan guard Kassim Nagwere (187-90) with 25 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Mehmet Dilek (186-94) scored 11 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Fryshuset's coach Anto Dogic tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Umea have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of North leader. Loser Fryshuset dropped to the eighth place with seven games lost. Umea will have a break next round. Fryshuset will play on the road against Orongo Dragons (#7) in Sundsvall and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
