Top ranked PGE Turow (10-3) recorded its third loss in Zgorzelec on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by fourth ranked Asseco Prok. (9-4) 86-80. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. PGE Turow trailed by 11 points at halftime and as many as 16 after three quarters before a 26-16 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 80-86 at the end of the game. Asseco Prok. is looking forward to face Kotwica (#8) in Kolobrzeg in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. PGE Turow will play on the road against Anwil (#7) in Wloclawek and is hoping to win this game.
