There was a change at the Prva Liga leadership position after last games. Round 9 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Kumanovo 2009 (6-3). They were defeated by second ranked Kozuv (7-2) 100-92 in overtime on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Kumanovo 2009. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 10 points after three quarters before their 23-13 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 8-point victory in overtime. 28 personal fouls committed by Kumanovo 2009 helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Kumanovo 2009 will play next round against strong Lirija trying to make it back to the top of the standings.
