Very expected game when 13th ranked Union Rennes (4-9) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked JA Vichy (10-4) 59-46. The game was mostly controlled by JA Vichy. Union Rennes was better in third quarter 16-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. JA Vichy forced 22 Union Rennes turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Belgian forward Douglas Tshomba (201-83, college: Tusculum) who led the winners and scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. American power forward Justin Reynolds (204-88, college: Texas A&M-CC) accounted for 12 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side.
