Another exciting game was between seventh ranked Levice and 4th placed BC Kolin where host Levice (9-9) won against BC Kolin (11-8) 74-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BC Kolin. The game without a history. Levice led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They outrebounded BC Kolin 45-34 including 31 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovenian center Salih Nuhanovic (208-82) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds. American guard Brandon Fields (193-88, college: Nevada) contributed with 16 points and 4 assists for the winners. Levice's coach Oleg Meleschenko allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American forward Richard Field (196-85, college: Mercyhurst) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import guard Demarius Bolds (190-84, college: Missouri Western, agency: I.D.S. Law) added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for BC Kolin. Four BC Kolin players scored in double figures. Levice have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain seventh place with 9-9 record. BC Kolin at the other side dropped to the fifth position with eight games lost. Levice will play against league's leader CEZ Nymburk on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BC Kolin will play against B&W Opava (#10) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
