TBL round 14 caused change at the leadership position. Second defeat of league's leader Fenerbahce Ulker (12-2) against third ranked Anadolu Efes (12-2) 94-76 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Fenerbahce Ulker. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The game without a history. Anadolu Efes led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Anadolu Efes outrebounded Fenerbahce Ulker 33-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The former international power forward Semih Erden (211-86) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 6 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Slovenian Sasha Vujacic (201-84) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Four Anadolu Efes players scored in double figures. Bosnian-Croatian Bojan Bogdanovic (203-89) replied with 17 points and American-FYR Macedonian point guard Bo McCalebb (178-85, college: New Orleans) added 8 points and 4 assists in the effort for Fenerbahce Ulker. Fenerbahce Ulker's coach rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Anadolu Efes have an impressive five-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Fener.Ulker and Banvit BK. Fenerbahce Ulker will play next round against Olin Edirne trying to make it back to the top of the standings.
