Very predictable result when ninth ranked Rueil (8-7) won against on the road 15th ranked Union Rennes (4-10) 82-69. The game was mostly controlled by Rueil. Union Rennes was better in fourth quarter 24-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Union Rennes 38-25 including 17 on the offensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by Union Rennes helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Serbian forward Slobodan Ocokoljic (204-80, college: Weber St., agency: TSS Management) fired 23 points and 5 rebounds for the winners.
