Top 16 Round 2: Tsmoki-Minsk - Aalstar 87-91

Aalstar needs two overtimes to beat Tsmoki-Minsk in the best game of the Second Round in Top 16 of EuroChallenge. Minsk led from the opening minutes until late in the fourth quarter, and looked ready to cruise to the finish as they held a 63-49 advantage early in the fourth period. The team from Belarus however could not win. Aalstar won the fourth period 26-13 and then managed to win the second overtime 10-6. Derek Raivio notched 25 points to lead the effort and Larry Anderson supported him with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Even 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists by Aliaksandr Kudrautsau did not help to save the game for Tsmoki-Minsk. Pavel Ulyanko added 18 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Four Tsmoki-Minsk players scored in double figures. Aalstar tied their record at 1-1. The team from Belarus fell at 0-2 record in Group L.
