Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both third ranked ratiopharm Ulm and 5th ranked Bayern Muenchen had identical 12-6 record. This time ratiopharm Ulm used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Muenchen 83-75. It looked good early as Bayern Muenchen took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. Bayern Muenchen at the other side keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. ratiopharm Ulm's next round opponent will be TBB Trier (#7) on the road where they are favorite. Bayern Muenchen will play against Deutsche Bank Skyliners in Frankfurt.
