Halcones Rojos claimed comprehensive win over Toros in the second game of the semifinal series. Rojos are now 2-0 up heading into the third game. The game without a history. Halcones Rojos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Halcones Rojos had a 29-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American point guard Mike Mitchell (181-83, college: N.Mexico St., agency: Two Points) who scored 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Francisco Cruz (190-89, college: Wyoming) chipped in 15 points and 4 assists. Five Halcones Rojos players scored in double figures. American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-86, college: UNLV, agency: ProSportsCareers) produced 12 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) and the former international forward Lonnie Ellis Vasquez (198-82, college: Mississippi Coll.) added 14 points respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
