Semi-Finals Game 6: Halc.Rojos - Toros 73-80

Toros clinched the third victory against Halcones Rojos and forced the decisive seventh game in the semifinal series. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 22-11. But Halcones Rojos won second period 27-23. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Toros made 16-of-21 charity shots (76.2 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Toros especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 62.5 percentage. It was a good game for American forward Adrian Henning (203-82, college: Austin Peay St.) who led his team to a victory with 15 points and 7 rebounds. American-Nigerian forward Ike Ofoegbu (205-85, college: SMU) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Venezuelan power forward Luis Bethelmy (200-86) replied with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and American guard Curtis Stinson (191-83, college: Iowa St.) added 15 points and 5 assists in the effort for Halcones Rojos. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Halcones Rojos' coach rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.
