Toros advanced into LNBP Final. They upset Halcones Rojos in the seventh decisive game of the semifinal series. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime then Halcones Rojos managed to tie the game at the end of regular time. However that was Toros who were better in overtime eventually winning that period 9-5. American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-86, college: UNLV, agency: ProSportsCareers) fired 19 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. International point guard Brody Angley (180-86, college: Santa Clara) chipped in 14 points and 4 assists. American guard Curtis Stinson (191-83, college: Iowa St.) produced 22 points and 4 assists and Venezuelan power forward Luis Bethelmy (200-86) added 11 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Five Toros and four Halcones Rojos players scored in double figures.
