Regular Season Round 24: Centrum - Asker Aliens 85-75

The game with biggest result difference took place in Oslo. Local Centrum (14-7) beat 6th ranked Asker Aliens (7-14) 85-75 on Saturday night. They outrebounded Asker Aliens 49-38 including 18 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a quality performance of the former international forward Frank Nyborg (197-83) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals and guard Christian Hinsch (186-88, agency: Court Side) who added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Centrum players scored in double figures. Centrum's coach Ronny Ahlberg used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was the former international guard Espen Stien (186-86) with 33 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds and point guard Magnus Midtvedt (182-90) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Centrum maintains second position with 14-7 record having five points less than leader Tromso. Asker Aliens lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 14 games lost. Centrum will meet Baerum Basket (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Asker Aliens will have a break next round.
