The game between third ranked ratiopharm Ulm (14-8) and eleventh ranked Phoenix Hagen (11-11) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. ratiopharm Ulm was defeated by Phoenix Hagen in Hagen 90-78. The game was mostly controlled by Phoenix Hagen. ratiopharm Ulm managed to win fourth quarter 18-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American guard Davin White (186-81, college: CS Northridge) who scored 33 points (!!!) (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). Phoenix Hagen moved-up to eighth place. ratiopharm Ulm at the other side dropped to the fourth position with eight games lost. Phoenix Hagen are looking forward to face Deutsche Bank Skyliners (#17) in Frankfurt in the next round and are hoping to win another game. ratiopharm Ulm will play at home against BBC Bayreuth (#12) and is hoping to win this game.
