The game in Thessaloniki was also quite interesting. 6th ranked Apollon Patras (9-10) played at the court of seventh ranked Aris (9-10). Aris managed to secure a 4-point victory 68-64 on Saturday. Apollon Patras was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Bosnian guard Muhamed Pasalic (192-87) fired 20 points and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Antonis Asimakopoulos (203-76) chipped in 6 points and 7 rebounds. Aris' coach Vangelis Agelou used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American point guard Errick McCollum (185-88, college: Goshen, agency: Gross Zeev ISA) produced 18 points and 5 steals and naturalized Serbian swingman Vladimir Petrovic-Stergiou (199-77, agency: BeoExcell) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Aris moved-up to sixth place, which they share with defeated Apollon Patras.
