The game was mostly controlled by Thunderwolves. Lancers managed to win second period 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Guard Joseph Jones (188-89) orchestrated the victory by scoring 23 points and 4 assists. Guard Dwayne Harvey contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. The former international forward Lien Phillip (203-89) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds and guard Rotimi Osuntola (196-92) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Lancers. Lancers' coach rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
