Twelfth-ranked Ironi Ashkelon (5-15) was very close to win a game against fifth ranked Maccabi Rishon (11-9) in Rishon Le-Zion on Sunday. Maccabi Rishon managed to secure only two-point victory 98-96. However their fans expected much easier game. Maccabi Rishon looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Ironi Ashkelon's players.
