Lanus punched their Liga Americas Final Four ticket. They claimed the third straight win in semifinal stage Group D beating Flamengo. Boccia delivered 23 points to lead the hosts. Flamengo on the other hand suffered the third straight loss. Lanus held on to a narrow 21:19 lead after the starting quarter. The Argentineans boosted the margin in the second quarter. The home team went on a 25:11 run to gain a 46:30 halftime advantage. Lanus kept Flamengo at distance in the second half. The hosts piled up an 18-point lead at the final intermission. Flamengo narrowed it in the fourth quarter but never threatened Lanus. Prato chipped in 12 points, while Laprovittola had 10 points for the winners. Olivinha Rodriguez answered with 14 points and 9 rebounds for Flamengo. Vitor Benite provided 13 points in defeat.
