Finals Game 2: Guangdong ST - Shandong FB 93-82

The game was mostly controlled by Guandong Tigers. Shandong Bulls managed to win third quarter 24-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 27 personal fouls committed by Shandong Bulls helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. International Jianlian Yi (212-87) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds. Nigerian-American power forward Ike Diogu (204-83, college: Arizona St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Jordanian forward Zaid Abbas (203-83) replied with 22 points and 7 rebounds and American power forward Jackson Vroman (208-81, college: Iowa St.) added 11 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Shandong Bulls. Four Guandong Tigers and five Shandong Bulls players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
