LNA top team - Geneve Lions (21-4) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Neuchatel (13-12) 85-57. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Neuchatel. The game was mostly controlled by Geneve Lions. Neuchatel was better in fourth quarter 21-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 21-of-24 charity shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Geneve Lions outrebounded Neuchatel 40-18 including a 30-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Senegalese power forward Babacar Toure (205-85) notched a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international center Oliver Vogt (209-80) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Four Geneve Lions players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 5 rebounds by naturalized Senegalese power forward Pape Badji (206-92) did not help to save the game for Neuchatel. Naturalized Angolan guard Tresore Quidome (192-80) added 10 points and 4 assists for the guests. Geneve Lions have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 21-4 record.
