Rather expected game when 8th ranked TSU (6-14) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Kutaisi (11-8) 73-63 on Friday. The best player for the winners was international center Richard Matiashvili (207-89) who had a double-double by scoring 31 points and 16 rebounds. Forward Giorgi Barbakadze (203-91) chipped in 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Serzhi Aselaini (198-91) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and forward Vasili Beruashvili (198-90) added 11 points and 11 rebounds respectively.
