Semi-Finals Game 1: Wilki Morskie - Trefl II Sopot 77-67

Wilki Morskie rallied past Trefl II Sopot for the opening win in the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Wilki Morskie. Trefl II Sopot managed to win second period 26-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Wilki Morskie won last quarter 23-15. Wilki Morskie outrebounded Trefl II Sopot 37-19 including a 27-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Guard Marcin Stoklosa (188-77) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 5 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners and power forward Pawel Kowalczuk (207-80, college: St.Francis, NY, agency: Promotex) chipped in 8 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. At the losing side point guard Pawel Dzierzak (186-93) responded with 27 points, 9 assists and 4 steals and forward Lukasz Jaskiewicz (202-92) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds.
