Regular Season Round 158: Miami Heat - Boston C. 109-101
Date: April 12, 2013
LeBron James scored 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting, with nine assists and six rebounds to pace the Miami Heat (63-19) past the Boston Celtics (40-39) 109-101 on April 12. Chris Bosh added 17 points (6-of-10 FG) and seven rebounds, and Dwyane Wade added 11 points, seven rebounds and six assists. It was the first time James, Bosh and Wade were in the lineup together since a March 29 win at New Orleans. The game should be the beginning of the starters regaining some rhythm and shaking off any rust they may have from the recent time they have taken off. After being down double-digits after the first quarter, Miami exploded for 41 points in the second quarter to take a halftime lead, and the team didn't let up in the second half. The Heat shot 55 percent as a team, including 12-of-23 shooting from beyond the arc. Miami got a boost from a hot Rashard Lewis as well, who added 19 points in a game that never really felt in question down the stretch. Ray Allen contributed 17 points as well, giving he and Lewis a feeling of a Seattle reunion from when the two where a star duo for the Supersonics last decade. Boston had a solid offensive night, and several starters contributed, led by Jeff Greens' 25 point night, but they couldn't stop Miami's attack enough to take it. Courtesy of: hothothoops.com
