Very expected game when 6th ranked BC Kolin (18-16) was defeated on the road by second ranked BK Prostejov (21-13) 96-87 on Sunday. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 25-13. But BC Kolin won second period 20-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when BK Prostejov won last quarter 90-21. Naturalized Slovakian Roman Marko (194-86) fired 19 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. The former international guard Pavel Slezak (186-84) chipped in 25 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Demarius Bolds (190-84, college: Missouri Western, agency: I.D.S. Law) produced 27 points and forward Martin Kriz (201-93) added 16 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five BK Prostejov and four BC Kolin players scored in double figures. BK Prostejov maintains second position with 21-13 record having just two point less than leader CEZ Nymburk. BC Kolin lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 16 games lost.
