ProB top team - Pau-Lacq-Orthez (24-8) managed to deliver another win on Friday. This time they beat seventeenth ranked Bordeaux (7-25) 94-80. The guests trailed by 10 points at the halftime before their 53-29 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Pau-Lacq-Orthez made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a quality performance of David Denave (195-85) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 7 assists and American forward Charles Jackson (203-87, college: Hawaii-Pacific, agency: Court Side) who added 25 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) during the contest. Pau-Lacq-Orthez's coach Claude Bergeaud used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Nigel Wyatte (204-81, college: Wagner, agency: Court Side) responded with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and his fellow American import forward Markel Humphrey (198-87, college: Marshall, agency: Three Eye Sports) scored 14 points and 8 rebounds.
