The guests trailed by 8 points at the halftime before their 42-27 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was American forward Nick Fazekas (211-85, college: Nevada) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 15 rebounds. Swingman Naoto Tsuji (185-89) chipped in 12 points and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international power forward J.R. Sakuragi (206-76, college: UCLA) who recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists and Jamaican center Kevin Young (206-84, college: Missouri) added 11 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
