Fifth-ranked Krasnie Krilya (7-9) gave a tough game to first ranked CSKA Moscow (15-2) in Samara on Sunday. The visitors from Moscow managed to secure only two-point victory 68-66. However their fans expected much easier game. CSKA Moscow outrebounded Krasnie Krilya 40-28 including 32 on the defensive glass. 24 personal fouls committed by Krasnie Krilya helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of international center Sasha Kaun (211-85) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and the former international forward Viktor Khryapa (203-82) who added 6 points and 10 rebounds during the contest.
