Ironi Nes-Ziona players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a very good performance for naturalized Welsh forward Tal Michael Dunne (197-87) who helped to win the game recording 19 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. American swingman Bilal Benn (196-86, college: Niagara) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Benn is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas. Five Ironi Nes-Ziona players scored in double figures. American guard Mike James (185-90, college: Lamar) answered with 32 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals and naturalized Russian power forward Anton Kazarnovski (205-85) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Hapoel Kazrin. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
