Semi-Finals Game 5: Nitra - Inter Bratislava 90-95

Inter Bratislava upset Nitra on the road to clinch the title series birth. Inter will now take on Komarno for the trophy. Nitra was trailing by 1 point at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 29-23 charge of Inter Bratislava, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Nitra's 36. Inter Bratislava forced 19 Nitra turnovers. American forward Alando Tucker (198-84, college: Wisconsin, agency: Priority Sports) stepped up and scored 23 points for the winners and Polish point guard Robert Skibniewski (183-83) chipped in 16 points and 7 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Five Inter Bratislava players scored in double figures. American guard Patrick Sparks (184-83, college: Kentucky, agency: Hart Sports Mngm) responded with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds and Slovenian guard Maj Kovacevic (190-90) scored 26 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!).
