PGE Turow clinched the second straight home win over Polpharma. The game was mostly controlled by PGE Turow. Polpharma was better in third quarter 20-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. PGE Turow looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Polpharma was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. PGE Turow's coach Miodrag Rajkovic felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Serbian power forward Uros Mirkovic (205-82, agency: BeoExcell) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Michael Hicks (193-83, college: Central Mo., agency: Court Side) added 21 points in the effort for Polpharma.
