They dominated on the defensive end, holding Elite V.La Spezia to just 7 points in second quarter. Dutch Kourtney Treffers (186-94) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. point guard Maria Orazzo (173-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Silvia Favento (185-85) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and forward Marcella Filippi (186-85) added 11 points in the effort for Elite V.La Spezia.
