Quarter-Finals Round 4: Caceres - Breogan 74-65

Caceres survived the test and forced the series into the decisive fifth game. It looked good early as Leche Rio Breogan took an 8-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Caceres Basket took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 9 points. Leche Rio Breogan was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of Australian-Dutch power forward Josh Duinker (210-89, college: Richmond) who helped to win the game recording 13 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Braydon Hobbs (195-89, college: Bellarmine) who added 15 points during the contest. Caceres Basket's coach Carlos Frade allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side Senegalese center Michel Diouf (208-89) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 18 rebounds and 4 blocks and Lithuanian guard Gintaras Leonavicius (194-83, agency: Players Group) scored 13 points. Four Leche Rio Breogan players scored in double figures.
