The game was mostly controlled by Leeuwarden. Den Bosch managed to win fourth quarter 30-25. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Den Bosch 40-26 including 26 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Leeuwarden especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The game was dominated by American players.
