Uberlandia upset Bauru on the road to surge ahead in the semis. The game without a history. Uberlandia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Uberlandia had a 31-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Uberlandia especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.1 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of international power forward Lucas Cipolini (206-86, college: BYU-Hawaii) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 8 rebounds. The former international guard Audrei Parisotto (195-84) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Forward Pilar Alves (200-84) answered with 22 points and 5 assists and guard Ricardo Fischer (185-91) added 12 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Paschoalotto/Bauru. Five Uberlandia and four Paschoalotto/Bauru players scored in double figures.
